Hello.
Yea Big is Stefen Robinson is me.
This morning I woke up early. I woke up and got out of bed way before I intended the night before when I told my self it was OK to stay up late because tomorrow I could sleep in. I woke up, I got up, and I read.
While reading one book I became distracted by another. A large book looming on a shelf holding pages from my past. The complete works of e e cummings. Not sure what I intended by heading toward that intimidating block of text, I noticed a small piece of paper holding the place I left off probably 7 years prior. A fortune, from a cookie, no doubt given to me aside a meal I ordered from a Chinese restaurant in Kankakee during, no doubt, uncertain times. The fortune read:
"The will of the people is the best law."
For whatever reason I saved that fortune a long time ago, before I woke up, while my feelings and thoughts of "the will the people" were no more than fleeting images in my subconscious I had to yet piece together. I saved it and put in a book I loved, a book I loved but didn't understand, a book I loved but didn't understand and forgot about and left on the shelf for a later day when I was ready, when I was finally ready to understand, when I was awake.
This morning I woke up early.
My current work and activities are heavily influenced by the principles of Social Anarchism.

"In the practice of mutual aid,
which we can retrace to the earliest

we thus find the positive
and undoubted origin of our
ethical conceptions;
and we can affirm that in the ethical
progress of [humans], mutual support
-not mutual struggle-
has had the leading part."
